About Redland Builders Limited
Who are we ?
I am Andy Cook and I have a particular passion for old and listed buildings. My company Redland Builders has traded successfully since 1979. Over that time I am proud to have brought together a team of expert tradesmen who share my passion.
I have moved to Devon to carry out the restoration of a 15th Century cottage and the work in Bristol is being carried out by 2 of my co-directors, Billy Chadwick-Mant and Richard Leppard.
Our aim is to completely break the mould of the stereotypical builder. Redland Builders offers an educated, personal, friendly, considerate and calm approach to our clients’ building needs.
Our clients are usually private individuals with historic properties who share our beliefs.
We aim to improve their lives by :giving them a result which we and they are proud of, and
reducing stress for them while we’re doing it
We can do the same for you.
What is special about us ?
We have set ourselves standards for the way we work,
and constantly measure ourselves against them :
We are neat and clean
Most of our work needs a good eye to produce a high standard of workmanship and to be true to the kind of buildings we work on
We are always looking for better ways to do things
We look after each other and watch out for our safety
We build long-term relationships of trust with our clients by listening to them, being completely open about our estimating and offering a complete solution from the start to the finish of a job
We believe in sustainability. To us, this means making sure of our long-term future by choosing materials and methods which reduce the impact on the environment
